Monroe Regional Airport
Located east of Monroe, the Monroe Regional Airport in Northern Louisiana was originally established as Selman Army Airfield in 1942. Today, the public-use airport is owned by the city of Monroe, and it is served by American Eagle, Delta Connection, and United Express.
Commercial flights are available via four commercial airlines, with service to Dallas, Houston and Atlanta. Recent airport improvements include a new terminal with jet bridges, a Deli, a bar and car rental facilities.
